Ft. (ABOA): 13,276 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,940 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Offered Space to be contiguous on a single floor. Janitorial services, maintenance and any work in the space must be done during normal business hours.
