Quote Submission Form EAL Wage Determination 05-2055 Delta DSC-501 Manual Performance Work Statement Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) FA4686-15-T-0036 is being used for procurement of Delta DSC-501 Barrier Maintenance and Repairs. Refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information. Beale AFB, CA intends to award a single award for Delta DSC-501 Barrier Maintenance and Repairs In Accordance With (IAW) the attached PWS. The Contractor and technicians working on the barriers system must be certified by Delta Scientific Corporation, as identified in the PWS. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns as authorized by FAR 6.203. Only qualified small businesses under the applicable NAICS code may submit quotes. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
