- IPP Waiver Form Attachment A - Price List RFP-EAC-15-0106 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Election Assistance Commission for a Livestream(Mfr) Enterprise Subscription, Livestream Studio HD550 Video Switcher, Livestream Porject Management & Supportive Service and B & H Photo-Video (Mfr) video/webcasting equipment identified in the solicitation or their "EQUAL". This solicitation constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested as described in "52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors" and a hard-copy written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. Offerors shall submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in "52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors". It is anticipated that one or more purchase orders may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Questions Questions received in writing on or before 9:00 am, ET, September 28, 2015 at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line of "Questions for RFP-EAC-15-0106 Attn: TAYERS/JOBERLIN" will be answered as an amendment to the solicitation. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. Offerors are prohibited from communicating directly with EAC personnel about this procurement action. Proposals Responsive proposals received on or before 9:00 am, ET, September 29, 2015 at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line of "Proposal for RFP-EAC-15-0106 Attn: TAYERS/JOBERLIN" shall be considered. The attached commercial item clauses, supplemental terms and conditions, instructions to offerors, and evaluation criteria/award determination apply to this acquisition. Please see attachment labeled RFP-EAC-15-0106, Attachment A- Price List, and IPP Waiver Form for details. Interested Offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notifications along with any amendments that are issued, which will be available for downloading. Please note that FedBizOpps provides notification of services as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
