Description

Combined synopsis/solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Light sensor installation for the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia, S.C. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being competed unrestricted to potential offerors that can support the installation of light sensors for the existing Siemens Energy Management System at the WJB Dorn Medical Center. The acquisition will be competed to the full extent required by regulation. The NAICS code that applies is 238210 and business size of $15M. This requirement is for: Light sensor installation for existing Siemens Energy Management System Note: Please review the solicitation document in its entirety for detailed instructions on what is required for each proposal and for how the proposals will be evaluated. Failure to provide all required documentation (in accordance with the terms of required specifications and Evaluation Factors listed in the Basis of Award), your proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for evaluation or award. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) acquisition. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the government.
