- Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 and 41 USC 253 © (1) Only One Responsible Source, the USDA Agricultural Research Service, intends to issue a sole source award for the Agricultural Research Service (ARS) for Content Application Licenses - File Server. This a renewal for Content Application Licenses - File Server to be used on Target Drive (s) and TB(s) File Profile. Services shall be provided September 30, 2015 through September 29, 2016. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. This notice is for information purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Potential sources who believe they can provide the service identified above are invited to submit substantiating documentation, in writing, to the identified point of contact below. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative responses are received by the close of this notice for determination of qualification, an award will be issued to Index Engines. Questions can be emailed to Sabrina.brown@ars.usda.gov no later than 10 am EST, Monday, September 28, 2015. No additional questions will be accepted after the above time and date. Interested parties may submit capability information for consideration no later than 12 Noon EST Monday, September 28, 2015 to the above email address. Information received after the specified due date and time will not be considered. All interested parties must be registered in www.SAM.gov to be responsible and eligible to receive an award for this project. No solicitation will be issued. No telephone calls are being accepted.
