- Attachment 1 Pricing Sheet Attachment 5 QASP Attachment 4 DD Form 254 Attachment 2 PPQ Cover Letter FA7014-15-R-5012 Attachment 3 PPQ The Secretary of the Air Force Office of Business Transformation (SAF/US(M)) is continuing to look for more effective and efficient ways to support business process improvements and where necessary deploy supporting Information Technology (IT) in an effective and efficient manner. The Air Force has a requirement for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) that includes, but are not limited to, the following categories: technical and engineering; information and data management; process engineering; performance assessment; and change management. This effort is envisioned to provide the Air Force with repeatable, defined, accurate, timely, well-documented and well-managed processes that identify information assets, provide an organized approach to meeting information needs, and developing data vocabulary and ontology products to support refined business processes. In addition, this effort shall support SAF/US(M) assessments of progress toward Air Force and program mission objectives. Tasks to be performed to support this effort principally include work within the following areas: Information Assurance; Information Management; Requirements Development; Enterprise Architecture; Operational Support Architecture; and Network Web-Based Support. The Contractor would be required to provide tools, equipment, personnel, and supervision necessary to support tasks to be described in orders issued under the contract vehicle.
