- The purpose of the amendment is to address questions from interested offerors. Question 1. Paragraph 3.3.6 Reach Fork Trucks Capacity is published as (at least) 4,500-lbs. Is this at a 24" load center? Will de-rating be acceptable, i.e. 4,500-lbs to 300", then 3,000-lbs to 421"? Answer 1. Yes, this is at a 24 inch load center. De-rating is acceptable. Question 2. Paragraph 3.3.6 Reach Fork Trucks Standard (lead-acid type) battery is #18-125-17-Ah. When requesting a "Maintenance-Free" type battery, will #18-105-17, 840-Ah be acceptable? Answer 2 Yes Question/Answer 3. Paragraph 3.3.6 Reach Fork Trucks a)Do you require a battery charger? b)What type, single-phase or three phase? c)What setting, 208-volt, 220-volt, or 480-volt? Answer 3. a)Yes b)single phase c)220 volt Question 4. Paragraph 3.3.6 Reach Fork Trucks Clarify or explain, what is "Roll Off Height Capacity 48"? Answer 4.
