- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal, supervision, and incidental related work necessary to replace the 600 Amp. Main Distribution Electrical Panel in Johnson Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT. The panel boards are outdated and will be replaced with 225 Amp, 3-phase - 120/208 V, 42 circuit panels. The anticipated construction time is 140 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range of this project is between $50,000 and $150,000. A Payment bond will be required. The applicable NAICS code is 238210, with a small business size standard $15.0 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 13 October 2015. The tentative date set for submitting quotations is 05 November 2015 at 4:00 PM EST. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13, and in accordance with FAR Part 19.5 is 100% set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) concerns.
