- Synopsis - Managed Enterprise E-mail Services This synopsis is for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's (OCC's) Managed Enterprise E-mail Services effort. The purpose of this effort is to acquire a low risk, best-value solution for enterprise e-mail via a managed service, with that service being hosted either on-premise (physically) or in the cloud. The resulting contract is anticipated to have a period of performance of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. Please see the attached synopsis document for the full synopsis details of the subject procurement effort. The Government is currently not accepting questions in regards to this effort. However, when the Request for Proposals (RFP) is released, a Vendor Questions/Government Responses period will be available to all interested vendors. Further details concerning submission of questions will be released with the RFP.
