- The Government has awarded a contract for Working Capital Fund (WCF) support, in support of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) to the following Contractor, Creative Business Solutions, Inc, for a total amount of $2,153,340.53 for base year period plus two option year periods, under the procedures of "Other than full and open competition" using the authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5) or 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) and Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(a)), FAR Subpart 19.8 -- Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). The period of performance is from 09/28/2015 - 09/27/2016 plus two option year periods.
