Questions & Answers Sec J and L attachments Section L HQ0147-15-R-0017 Amendment 0001 The Missile Defense Agency hereby releases Amendment 0001 to Request for Proposal (RFP) HQ0147-15-R-0017 for the Agency's Facilities, Logistics and Space Management (FLSM) support under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisition. The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to industry questions, add new PWS requirements and Contract Line Item Numbers, revises Sections L and includes revised Section J and L attachments. The proposal due date remains Oct 05, 2015, 2:00 PM CST. Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of this Amendment as per instructions specified in block 11 of the SF 30.
