Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation VA251-15-Q-0684 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and a Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. No telephone requests will be accepted. Quotes are requested for the following: Statement of Need Reagents for use with the Roche Benchmark LT/XT Immunohistochemical Stainer and the Roche Benchmark Special Stainer Systems The Indianapolis VAMC has a requirement for reagents to be used with Roche Benchmark LT/XT Immunohistochemical Stainer and the Roche Benchmark Special Stainer systems as listed below. Reagents will be ordered as needed by the facility for a period of no more than 12 months with the period of delivery beginning upon date of award of this request and ending on September 30, 2016.
