- Brand Name Justification RFQ Attachment 1 The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to obtain hardware and services for the Indian Health Service (IHS). This RFQ is set-aside for total small businesses only under NAICS 423430 These items and services were solicited originally on GSA E-buy RFQ1033008. These open market items and services are being solicited to satisfy GSA FAR 8.402(f) requirements in regards to open market items on included in a FSS order. No questions will be accepted under this solicitation. All quotes are to be submitted to Michael Fischer electronically by 11:00AM EST on September 30, 2015 to Michael.Fischer@ihs.gov. All quotes will be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
