Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (Provisional), Bragg Health Contracting Cell, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to an offeror who can provide the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) maintenance as described in Line Item Numbers 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006, 0007, 0008, 0009, 0010, 0011, 0012, 0013, 0014, 0015, 0016, 0017, 0018, 0019, 0020, 0021, 0022, 0023, 0024, 0025, 0026, 0027, 0028, 0029, 0030, 0031, 0032, 0033, 0034, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, 0039, 0040, 0041, 0042 and 0043. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W91YTZ-15-T-0212 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This is an unrestricted procurement. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7379, the NAICS Code is 561990 and the small business size standard is $11,000,000.00.
