- D-16-NF-0001 Sole Source Justification THe Drug Enforcment Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SP Plus Corporation for the lease of 108 parking spaces located at 2675 Prosperity Avenue, Fairfax, VA 22031. No other vendors can provide the required parking spaces in this parking structure. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considred by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c) the justification is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is nto a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 30, 2015 at 12:00pm EST. All submissions shall be submitted electronically to justice.parker@usdoj.gov.
