- U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space : State: CT City: Middletown Delineated Area: North: From Washington Street (RT 66) from the north, West: To Broad Street from the west South: To Union St. to the south East: To Dekoven Drive to east Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3701 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3886 Space Type: Office space Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 84 Soft Term: 36 Option 1 Term: TBD Option 2 Term: TBD Additional Requirements Space must be contiguous on one level. Agency requires two elevators if proposed space will be located above the first floor. All column spacing within interior space must be at lease 20 ' between columns. Building must be within walking distance of public transportation. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space must be capable of meeting the agencies security requirements. Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within the determined delineated area stated above, with attractive and prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Building must have sufficient public parking nearby. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the none year flood plain.
