Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of performing operation, monitoring, and regulatory reporting for the Enhanced Fluid Recovery to Oil Inspection Section of the State of Colorado, Oil and Public Safety (OPS), and VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (VAECHCS). The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, services and equipment to implement the required groundwater monitoring and reporting activities and maintain and operate the Liquid Petroleum Hydrocarbon (LPH) removal system required with a goal of receiving a "Notice of No Further Action (NFA)" by the State of Colorado and Oil Inspection Section of the Department of Oil and Public Safety (OPS). The required remediation criteria for a finding of NFA include: 1. Four consecutive quarters with no free product observed in groundwater, 2. No detections of Chemicals of Concern (CoCs) detected in groundwater above the state determined Risk Based Screening Levels (RBSLs), and 3. Confirmation soil sampling with no CoCs detected above the RBSLs. The location for these services is as follows: Veterans Affairs Eastern Colorado Health Care System (VAECHCS), 1055 Clermont St, Denver, CO 80220. The information submitted shall contain the company's business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contract Specialist. Because this is a request for information only, answers to questions will not be posted.
