Description: GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase items as described in this document. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) (Reference-Number F2X0A85222AW01). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, (Effective 03 Sep 2015) and the DPN 20150826, (Effective 26 Aug 2015). NATURE OF ACQUISITON: The Safety Office on Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase the below listed items outlined in CLINS 0001 - 0006.
