- Amended Section L (see paragraph L-4.5 ) SF 30 Amendment 003 The Missile Defense Agency hereby releases Amendment 0003 to Request for Proposal (RFP) HQ0147-15-R-0017 for the Agency's Facilities, Logistics and Space Management (FLSM) support under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisition. The purpose of this amendment is to amend Section L, paragraph L-4.5 to specify the font size for non-narrative sections of the proposal. Additionally, the response to Question 1 submitted via Amendment 001, is hereby retracted. The proposal due date remains Oct 05, 2015, 2:00 PM CST. Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of this Amendment as per instructions specified in block 11 of the SF 30.
