FT. (ABOA): 3,050 ABOA MAXIMUM SQ. FT. (ABOA): 3,360 ABOA RENTABLE SQUARE FEET (RSF): Not to Exceed 4,232 RSF SPACE TYPE: Office and related space PARKING SPACES (TOTAL): 20 Surface Parking Spaces FULL TERM: Through 09/30/2025 TERMINATION RIGHTS: 120-days' in whole or in part OPTION TERM: None ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Pull through parking for cattle trailers and parking spaces wide enough to accommodate large trucks to park • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. • A fully serviced lease is required. • Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
