- Amendment 0001 - To post Questions and Answers. Amendment 0002 - To clarify liability of warranty period. This synopsis is for Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912CN-15-B-0006, which replaces W912CN-16-B-0001. Proposed work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidental items to perform roofing repairs/installations and related work at various Army installation: Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Wheeler Army Air Field, Helemano Military Reservation, Aliamanu Military Reservation, and Tripler Army Medical Center, on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. This requirement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) firms located within the geographic area serviced by the SBA Hawaii district Office and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive area and with the assigned NAICS code. Contract will be a firm-fixed-price requirement type construction contract. Contract term will be base plus tow option periods. Anticipated period of performance is: Base Year 01 DEC 2015 - 30 NOV 2016; Option One 01 DEC 2016 - 30 NOV 2016; and Option Two 01 DEC 2017- 30 NOV 2018. There are 53 CLINs in each period. The magnitude of the requirement is more than $10,000,000. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $15.0M. Bids shall include the following: Completed Standard Form 1442; Completed Schedule of bids/prices. All unit price and estimated amount filled out; Completed Attachment 1 (Bid Attachment); Signed or other acknowledgement of all amendments; Completed Representation and Certifications; Bid Guarantee in accordance with FAR 52.228-1; and Copy of Bid on CD in PDF format. See IFB for details. Tentative date for IFB will be at least 15 days from the date of this notice. Tentative date for opening of bids will be at least 30 days from the date of the IFB.
