Description

Synopsis: The VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 with Central Admix Pharmacy Services of Wallingford, CT. This requirement will include the following characteristics. Product Description: Hyper alimentation (TPN) Solution (Total Parenteral Nutrition) with and also without Lipids FreAmine / HepatAmine/ NephrAmine Salient Characteristics: Total Parenteral Nutrition Pharmaceuticals is for inpatients at VACT. This medication is a specially compounded sterile solution that is made to order per patient per day. The solutions must be made and delivered to VACT daily. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by sending support literature, to the Lead Purchasing Agent no later than 10/07/2015 @ 12pm. Responses should be sent to Barbara.Charles@va.gov. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Lead Purchasing Agent.
