- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of supply. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking potential sources of supply for the following items: Line 1: MFG: JET P/N: 414466 Description: BAND SAW HORIZONTAL 1HP 115/230V Quantity: 1 Each Line 2: MFG: JET P/N: 577103 Description: BENCH GRINDER 10 DIA WHEEL 1-1/2 HP Quantity: 1 Each Line 3: MFG: JET P/N: 414226 Description: COLD SAWS MACHINE FLOOR STYLE Quantity: 1 Each Line 4: MFG: JET P/N: 577172 Description: STAND BENCH GRINDER Quantity: 1 Each Line 5: MFG: JET P/N: 414551 Description: SANDING MACHINE Quantity: 1 Each Line 6: MFG: HYPERTHERM P/N: 087108 Description: PLASMA CUTTER Quantity: 1 Each This is for brand name or equal, see Purchase Description. Please submit specifications of any equal substitutes. For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333991 Power-Driven Handtool Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the requirement, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply.
