Description

Whole Wheat Hamburger/Hot Dog Buns 2.1 Statement of Work Introduction The Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Worth, Texas, intends to make a single award of an indefinite deliv- ery/requirements type purchase order for the performance period 10/05/2015 thru 03/31/2016 for 100% Whole Wheat Hot Dog and Hamburger buns/baked goods and storage equipment. Place of Performance Products and equipment will be delivered to the following Correctional Facilities; Federal Correctional Institution-Seagoville 2113 North Highway 175 Seagoville, Texas 75159 Specifications of Baked Goods/Equipment For the initial start-up of the contract, the following equipment shall be delivered by the contractor to the specified institution: a. Line 0001 - Bread, Roll, Enriched, Finger (Hot Dog), Wheat, Pan Baked, Sliced, Fresh Seedless. (CID A- A-20053B, Type I, Class of Roll D, Style of Roll 3, Bake Type A, Slice Type I, Product State A, Seed Type I).12 count per loaf. - Quantity 5,000 b. Line 0002 - Bread, Roll, Enriched, Sandwich(Hamburger), Whole Wheat, Part Whole Wheat, or Multigrain, Pan Baked, Sliced, Fresh Seedless. (CID A-A-20053B, Type I, Class of Roll C, Style of Roll 2,3, or 4, Bake Type A, Slice Type I, Product State A, Seed Type I). 16 count per loaf - Quantity 16,035 c. Double Wide Tray Racks with Casters (Heavy Gauge Steel with Angie Iron Support) - 2-5 (estimated) d. Bread Trays in amount to fill racks Delivery Order Information Deliveries will be established by each institution's Food Service Administrator and will be ordered on an as needed basis. All deliveries are to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Product shall be delivered Monday through Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays and no later than five working days after receipt of an or­der. Fresh bread shall be delivered within 48 hours after baking.
