Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC), located at 500 W Fort St, Boise, ID 83702, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to solicit from a single source. Core Medical Imaging has sole proprietary rights for servicing the Canon RadPro Digital X-Ray, in Boise. The NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5 million. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide servicing for the Canon RadPro Digital X-Ray, in Boise. Responses must be received no later than 5:00 pm (PST) on September 29, 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to michael.kuchyak@va.gov.
