- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This modification serves as a re-solicitation of # W9133L-15-T-0037 a previously issued Request for Quotation (RFQ). This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 333316 with a size standard of 1000. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 dated 3 Sept 2015. This requirement is unrestricted and only demonstrated, per prescribed requirement, qualified offeror bids will be considered. Quotation Submission: Quotations and all other correspondence will only be accepted electronically via email to derrell.k.wright.civ@mail.mil. All inquiries will be submitted to derrell.k.wright.civ@mail.mil. The suspense for inquiries is 29 September 2015 at 2:00 pm EST. The solicitation will close 29 September 2015 at 11:59 pm EST.
