- SWFLANT Sole Source Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic located in Kings Bay, GA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Navy Gateway Inn, 952 USS James Madison Road, Kings Bay, GA 31547 for the following services: NAICS code 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels ) and Motels. SWFLANT Command Rooms. Solicitation Number: N6470916T0002. This will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and other than Full and Open Competition as authorized in FAR 6.302-1. The following FAR clauses apply to this procurement: 52.204-7 System Award Management, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions –Commercial Items, 252.203-7000 Requirements Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials,252.203-7005Respentations Relating to Compensation of Former DOD Officials, 252.232-7006 Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions, 252.232-7009 Mandatory Payment by Governmentwide Commercial Purchase Card, 252.232-7010 Levies on Contract Payments, and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders. The government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for this service. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. All inquiries received by the government by 12:00PM eastern time, 14 Oct 2015 will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
