- Requirement: The United States Government Farm Service Agency currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Bottineau County located at 117 W. 5th Street, Bottineau, North Dakota that has expired on June 30, 2015. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,200 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,363 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for 10 years. The space must be available for occupancy by January 15, 2016. The delineated area is bounded on the North by: 98th Street. NE, on the East by: 13th Avenue, NE, on the South: Highway 5, and on the West: Bennett Street. Other applicable requirements include: • Parking: 32 on site paved parking spaces. • Others. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. It is in the best interest of the U.S. Government to extend the due date of this Expressions of Interest. All expressions must be submitted to the address below by 4:00 PM on October 30, 2015, and must include the following information: 1. Building name and address or site location and address. 2. Location of space within building. 3. Rentable square feet offered and full service rental rate per-square-foot. 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount if any. 5. Contact information for Ownership or Authorized Agent. Including telephone number and email address. 6. Amount of on-site paved parking spaces. 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing with the building. 8. List of building services provided. 9. Building ownership information.
