RFI FMS F-15 Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS) The United States Government (USG) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess expertise and experience to provide engineering and technical services to address FMS F-15 Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS) issues and constraints for the partner nations of Japan, Saudi Arabia and Israel.
