Description
This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Groton ™s intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract vehicle that will provide Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) with a support team of Subject Matter Experts experienced in combat shooting techniques, and NECC training evolutions. There is no solicitation available at this time. The synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This effort is to seek out qualified sources (large or small) capable of providing NECC Home Station Training Complex Support Small Arms Instruction. The intent is to issue a firm fixed price contract for the required services. Small or large companies that have experience with this type of services are encouraged to respond to this notice by 13 Oct 2015 at 11:00 am EST. The submission of information is for planning purposes only, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information submitted will be protected, when so designated. The NAICS Code anticipated for this requirement is 611699 “ All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction and the size standard is $11 Million. The following key information is requested: 1.Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number and email address. 2.Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Business Size and status of your company 3.Suggested North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code if different from above anticipated NAICS Code 4.If the services can be solicited from a GSA Schedule, provide the GSA contract number. 5.A copy of SAM.GOV active registration. Must reflect Data Universal Number System (DUNS). 6.Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Standard company brochures will not be reviewed. Submissions are not to exceed ten (10) typewritten pages in no less than 12 font size. Include an explanation of your company ™s ability to perform greater than 50% of the efforts required. 7.Capability statement displaying the contractor ™s ability to provide the services, shall include past performance information. If past performance information is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last 5 years. Please also include in past performance information the contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance for each contract referenced in the response to this sources sought. Note: This requirement shall support five (5) U.S. Naval Home Station Training Complexes (HTSC) and four (4) NECC Echelon IV Commands across the U.S. Responses should be emailed to Rhonda.nielsen@navy.mil by 13 Oct 2015 at 11:00 am EST. Again, this is not a request for a proposal. Respondents will not be notified of the results. Please note the information within this pre-solicitation synopsis will be updated and/or may change prior to an official synopsis/solicitation, if any is issued.
