- 7002 Solicitation 7002 SF1449 The Contractor shall provide janitorial and grounds maintenance services at the Otay Mesa Land Port of Entry, San Diego, CA. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, equipment and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure the effective performance in accordance with the solicitation. Service shall be prompt, efficient and courteous and avoid undue interference with the operation of the buildings in which services are provided.
