Description

This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Partnership contract for the Repair of the AN/APN 241 System. This effort will be a 10 year contract consisting of a Basic Period (3 years), Option One (2 years), Option Two (3 years), and Option Three (2 years). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with other than full and open competition. Acquisition of this part is restricted to the following sources: NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION (NGC) (Cage Code: 1LTU5). Supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
