- This solicitation will contain an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: destination inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is as follows 6250-01-351-6582, 32 day's delivery. FOB Origin. The source of supply for this NSN is North American Philips Corp. (77569) part number RC-4S60-TP. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 475 each. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
