- Amendment Two: The purpose of this amendment is to change the due date of contractor proposals. The due date has been changed from 09 October 2015 to 06 November 2015 by 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). The attachments which still state the date of 09 October 2015 will be revised in the near future and uploaded to reflect the new proposal due date of 06 November 2015. Questions asked regarding this RFP will be answered and uploaded in the near future. Amendent One: The purpose is to include additaional attachments and provide the revised copies of the TO One PWS, the RFP (which incorporates a revised base contract PWS). This amendment will also provide contractor questions with the Government's response. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFP is for Agency Information Technology Services & Support (AITSS) for the NEC located at APG, MD. Work shall be performed either on-site at APG, MD or remotely. Please see the attachments for further detailed requirements. The Government contemplates creating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award in response from this RFP. Contractor's quote will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Federal Government. There was a quote mark special notice quote mark posted on FedBizOpps which was considered a draft version of this RFP. Please see the Questions and Answers sheet uploaded prior to submitting questions for this RFP. Questions regarding this RFP are shall be submitted in writing via email no later than 28 September 2015 by 8:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Contractors shall submit their quotes based off of the Task Order One (0001) attached. This is 100% small business set aside. No telephone requests shall be honored. Contractors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/, prior to award and maintain an quote mark active quote mark status which also having no active exclusions. The Government does not authorized advanced payments for this type of procurement effort. Contractors shall acknowledge any/all amendment made to the solicitation either via email to Samantha L. Cartwright at Samantha.l.cartwright.civ@mail.mil or within their quote. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the attachment labeled, quote mark Evaluation Factors quote mark no later than 09 October 2015 by 2:00 P.M. EST.
