The FAA contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract. A tiered evaluation of offers will be used in source selection for this contract. The tiered order of precedence for considering offers is (from first to last): Tier 1 “ Certified 8(a) Business Tier 2 “ Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Tier 3 “ All Other Small Business 1. A determination of insufficient competition or unreasonable price will be made before the next tier is evaluated. 2. DETAILS FOR ATTENDING SITE VISIT: There is a one-time site visit scheduled on October 13, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time at the FAA Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility (TRACON). FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. a. The meeting point for the site visit is: FAA Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility (TRACON) 26705 East 68th Avenue Denver, CO 80249 b. To attend the site visit, advance notice is required by October 9, 2015 at 2:00PM Mountain Time to the FAA POC identified below. You are required to provide your company name and representative(s) full name and contact phone number(s). There will be no substitutions or add-ons after the cutoff date.
