- U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State:New York City:New York Delineated Area: East: The easterly side of 5th Avenue North: The northerly side of 54th Street West: The westerly side of 9th Avenue South: The southerly side of 36th Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):14,443 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):15,887 Space Type:Office Lease Term:10 years, 5 years firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space must be in a contiguous block of space. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred but not required. Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator. Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow and support a secure interviewing configuration. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.secure.force.com/AAAP, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 15-NYC. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website (https://aaap.gsa.gov), select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the Open Period. The next Open Period is October 1, 2015 to October 7, 2015, ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 15-NYC and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
