Description

The PCO-EAST (Program Contracting Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Applied Decision Science 1776 Mentor Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45212 to procure a continuation of services for contracts that provided expert cognitive task analysis. The research studies that were supported are approved VA funded studies that contain highly complex projects that are proprietary to VA Funded HSRD studies nationwide. The following services will be provided: "Participation in the conduct of interviews and simulations "Qualitative data analysis, interpretation of data and reporting results. "Work with research teams to provide cognitive task analyses and manuscript preparation. "Participation in all phases of related research studies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this equipment or equipment that is compatible must notify this Contracting Officer at Bridget.Kornish@va.gov NLT Wednesday, October 7, 2015 by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
