Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Solicitation 5WA0440 Expressions of Interest General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Washington City: Seattle Delineated Area: North: Mercer Street, extending in a straight line to the waterfront and I-5 East: Interstate-5 South: S. Holgate Street, extending in a straight line to the waterfront and I-5 West: Puget Sound (waterfront) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 23,114 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 24,270 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 50 reserved; structured; secured Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: No Top Floor Space; No First Floor Space; Space Must Be Contiguous; Law Enforcement Agency; Minimum 6’8” Height Parking Garage Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic (RP8) and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : For FBO postings, delete “offers due;” for procurement summary, keep “offers due” and delete “(estimated)” from dates. Expressions of Interest Due: 3 pm Pacific, October 23, 2015 Market Survey (Estimated): December 1, 2015 Occupancy (Estimated): June 2017 Expressions of interest must include the following information: 1. Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; 2. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; 3. ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); 4. Date of space availability; 5. Building ownership information; 6. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking, (if any); 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; 8.
