The Government proposes to acquire on a four-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 10 each up to 40 each maximum of a TEST SET, TRANSPONDER, NSN: 6625-01-482-4577, Part Number: 90-000-062 applicable to the BK CH-47 Chinook weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 10 each, 345 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070. Forecasted quantities are: 1 st Year, 10 each, 2 nd Year, 10 each, 3 rd Year, 10 each, 4 th Year, 10 each. This item is restricted to TEL INSTRUMENT ELECTRONICS CORPORATION. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
