Description
GE Healthcared Equipment Maintenance (RFQ NIEHS2015047) Preventive Maintenance & Repair of Government-Owned GE Healthcare Instruments The NIEHS intends to acquire Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services for three (3) years via Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The first Task Order (TO) will cover the period of performance December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2016 for the GE Instruments listed on Attachment I. Additional TO's will be issued as needed. Services are to be provided on-site in a Government owned facility per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The concurrent award of Task Order One (1) fulfills the minimum order guarantee of $5,000. The maximum aggregate dollar value of task orders awarded over the 3 year IDIQ ordering period (base and option periods) shall not exceed the established shared ceiling of $600,000. This service agreement shall provide qualified personnel to perform a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan including inspection, preventive maintenance, repair service, and software maintenance as required by the NIEHS, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. The contractor shall furnish all necessary services, parts, consumables, labor, travel, and qualified technical personnel. Complete instrument preventive maintenance response, including necessary repair service and instrument software updates/upgrades, shall be provided by the contractor for Government-owned instrumentation: The contractor shall provide a minimum of one (1) preventive maintenance visit per year for all equipment listed in the attached equipment list and repair service (as needed) for all listed Government-owned instruments consistent with standards for workmanship and materials prevailing in the trade. The contractor must guarantee minimum of 48 hours on-site response time from the notification of needed repair. The contractor shall furnish all necessary tools, consumables, software and test equipment to pursue the fulfillment of work performed under this statement of work.
