Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The US Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN. Hereinafter referred to as the (VAMC) located at 1 Veterans Drive Minneapolis, MN. 55417. The NACIS code assigned to this procurement will be 621111 with a size standard of 11.0 Million. The VA will award a firm, fixed price, commercial services contract. Contract use will be limited to the Minneapolis, MN. (VAMC) only. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 3 month, contract with no options. Service will begin on December 01, 2015 through February 29, 2016 for the contract period. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about October 07, 2015 and will be issued via FedBizOps Electronic Posting system at http://www.fedbizops.gov. The Minneapolis (VAMC) requires contractual services for an Ophthalmologist Physician Services of an Retina Specialist for Specialty Care services. To eligible beneficiaries of the Minneapolis (VAMC), Minneapolis, MN. The contractor shall provide a.09 Full time Equivalents (FTE) Medical Doctor Board Certified in Ophthalmologist Physician Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Minneapolis (VAMC). This position is for a three month contract 8.0hrs per week. Questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing.
