Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to award a sole source contract to ProLog Inc., 1253 Jensen Drive, Suite 100, Virginia Beach, VA 23453. The proposed contract will provide stop-gap services for contractor support services for organizational level (O-Level) support of Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRS) and Air Test and Evaluation Squadrons (VX) Administrative, Training, Operations, and Maintenance Departments for a period of six months with three one-month options. The anticipated award date is 1 November 2015. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplier or servicing activity will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-3. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via EML. Requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS, and applicable business size. Responses are due by 13 October 2015 via EML.
