Description

Synopsis: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Office of Acquisition Operations, Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to the Psychological Assessment Resources, Inc. for their Psychological Tests. The contractor will obtain and grant the right to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to utilize the copyrighted tests, scoring algorithms, and norms for the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI ®) for PARiConnect and NEO Personality Inventory-3 (NEO -PI-3) for PARiConnect. This contract gives VA permission to continue to store this protected intellectual property in VA information systems and use it to administer and score the tests. The test answers must be entered into the VA software, electronically assigned a score, and signed off by the clinical provider.
