- subPUR System with one sub-boiling distillation unit with Labtech H50-500 recirculating chiller, buck-boost transformer to step-up 208VAC, extended warranty, NRTL certification for UL listing, and on-site installation and training. PTFE Sub-+boiling acid purification system with the following specifications: * All parts in contact with acids are made of high-purity quartz * Two gold diffuser heating elements * Power control by microprocessor in 1% increments from 1-100% * Thermal switch to prevent overheating of acids * Recirculating water cooling capable of 4-35 degrees Celsius chiller to ensure re-condensation and distillation rate; chiller must have PID temperature control, digital readout, pressure gauge, and liquid level indicator * Purification system must have a microprocessor control system capable of storing up to 10 programs with selectable time and power programs and automatic control of filling and draining using software * Acid must be automatically loaded into the distillation container, where it is gently heated below its boiling temperature to insure purification * System must be capable of producing 60 milliliters of purified acid per hour * Buck-boost transformer to step up 208VAC to 230VAC * On-site installation and training * One year extended warranty to include travel, parts and labor, priority scheduling, and preventative maintenance visits * System must be capable of producing the following typical nitric acid concentrations in pg/g (ppt); (concentrations expressed as the upper limit of the 99% confidence limit of the measured result (n=4)):
