- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - Refuse and Recycle Collection Services The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning, Georgia has a requirement for Refuse and Recycle Collection Services in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Benning, Georgia, 31905. The acquisition will be a competitive, small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code selected for the requirement is 562111, Solid Waste Collection with a Small Business Size Standard of $38,500,000. The anticipated posting date for the solicitation is December 2015 and will be posted on the www.fbo.gov website. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
