NCO-23 St. Cloud, Minnesota Contracting Office has a requirement for fixed and removable prosthodontics and dental appliances for veterans receiving dental services from the Minneapolis VA Health Care System and from the NW Metro Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Ramsey, MN. The FSC Code is 6520 and the NAICS code is 621512 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. This procurement is for 100% Small Business set aside. The anticipated period of performance for an awarded contract will be a base year plus (4) four, one year options. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.
