Description

Notice of Intent to make a non-competitive award. myPers is the solution for the Total Force (TF) A1 community that Oracle is providing a myPers software platform for personnel knowledge, business processes and transactional services. This acquisition will continue current case management operations that support the current migration effort from Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to an approved FedRAMP Level 4/5 DoD Commercial Cloud (Carpathia) in addition, maintain the existing Oracle platform:  myPers platform that unifies the Air Force Personnel Center and Air Reserve Personnel Center represents an upgrade from the current Air Force hosted at DISA or Level 4/5 FedRAMP approved Carpathia commercial facility that maintain the following: • Total Force Usability: Total Force personnel services on a single instance of software hosted at the FedRAMP Level 4/5 commercial facilities. • Total Force Knowledge Base and myPers Data Model: Total Force Airmen access and use personnel knowledge and services, and for personnel lists.
