- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD INTENDS TO SOLE SOURCE under solicitation number W91ZLK-16-T-0006. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 13 and 6.302-1 with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), to MH Custom Design & Mfg., L.C., 8012 Pioneer St., Midvale, UT 84047-7419, as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement; therefore proposals cannot be submitted directly on this notice. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519. The resultant purchase order will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. The solicitation will start on Tuesday October 6, 2015 and will end on Tuesday October 13, 2015 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.fbo.gov. (FedBizOpps.Gov). This requirement is for a the purchase of a Pulmonary Waveform Generator System. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The requirement is to procure the following: CLIN: 0001 MH Custom & Design Pulmonary Waveform Generator System. Qty., 1 each This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however, all information received by October 13, 2015 will be considered by the Government. All interested vendors must respond by October 13, 2015 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Responses shall be submitted to the point of contact Pamela Paradis via e-mail, pamela.s.paradis.civ@mail.mil. The e-mail subject line shall state: W91ZLK-16-T-0006 Notice of Intent to Sole Source. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
