Description

Synopsis: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 of the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to OLYMPUS AMERICA INC., 3500 CORPORATE PKWY, CENTER VALLEY PA 18034. This is under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253 (c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed procurement is for SERVICE REPAIR for CYSTOSCOPIES AND URETEROSCOPE at the James J Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx NY 10468-3904. This agreement will be a firm fixed price contract. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 and the size standard is 500 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
