Solicitation Number: SPRRA1-16-R-0006 Set Aside Code: N/A Response Date: (MM)10 (DD)22 (YYYY)2015 15 days Description: No telephone requests will be accepted. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX5C0235AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a 5 Year IDIQ, Firm Fixed Price type contract, a minimum quantity of 45 each and a maximum quantity of 300 each of a Cable Assembly, Power, NSN: 6150-01-549-0751, Part Number: 983-4317-001 applicable to the A-BK CH-47 Chinook Helicopter. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 45 each, 62 Days after Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to Tobyhanna, PA 18466-5059. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 45 each, 125 DARO. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year - 45 each, 2nd year - 64 each, 3rd year - 64 each, 4th year - 64 each, 5th year - 63 each. This item is restricted to Rockwell Collins, Inc., Cage Code 13499. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
